Thought 2.12.09

Someone once said in a meeting that, "When I came in, they told me to just keeping coming back. And if I worked the steps it would be rewarding to watch me grow, and if I didn't it would just be fun to watch me."

Thought:

Are we rewarding for others to watch us as we grow? Or are we still as miserable as the day we came in? Could there really be a relation between working the steps and feeling better? We are all examples, but are we examples of how to do it or not to do it?
